Once you’ve gotten into the habit of exercising and eating healthily, try to relax more. Stress is known to affect fertility and so you should avoid this as much as possible. If you are depressed, get help from a professional. Studies indicate that about half of infertile women tested are experiencing or have experienced depression previously.
Of course, having sex is a natural way of getting pregnant. However, having more sex does not automatically mean you can get pregnant faster. Usually, lying down with your partner on top is known to be a natural way of getting pregnant fast.
